How long will my wig last?
A unit can last for years (1-3+) with proper maintenance
and care.Closure and frontal units may require routine maintenance after excess wear due to their construction.

can I color or dye my custom unit?
Yes. All hair provided by Bose'Beauty is virgin hair, which has not been chemically treated. The units can be lighten(bleached) or darken and still hold its integrity. Please condition and or treat the unit or hair just as your natural hair after chemically processing it.

What if I Do Not like my unit, Can it be Returned or Exchanged?

The wigs and or hair is NON REFUNDABLE. Due to he nature of the products there is no refunds or exchanges. It is very important that you measure your head properly for the best fit, research or know exactly what you want before purchasing. Alterations are FREE within 14 Days of receipt.

How to measure your head for a custom wig?

-Use fabric measuring tape ( can be purchased at your local drugstore)
-Measure the circumference (around your entire head)
-Measure from ear to ear
-Leave your measurements in the notes after purchasing

How should I prepare my natural hair before wearing a wig?
Always treat,condition and add moisture if needed to your
hair before applying a wig. The flatter the foundation the more natural the wig will look and lay. Straight back small to medium size braids or flat twist works best.

Can I track my order ?
The tracking number will be provided via the email used when purchasing.

How long will it take to receive my wig?
The entire process will take 10 to 12 BUSINESS DAYS. Your unit will be complete and shipped by mail within 12 BUSINESS DAYS after payment. If you are in the Houston area, same day shipping is offered for an additional fee (must pay fee via Paypal after purchasing leave note).

What products should I use on my wig?

Low sulfate products are great to use on your unit. Treseme' or Dove low sulfate products are excellent for your wigs and both are affordable.
